Health Certificates are required when consignments of fish/fishery products and molluscan shellfish are being exported to countries in the Middle East.

Specific requirements are in place in relation to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. 

Bord Bia is currently reviewing potential markets in the Middle East as part of their market development activities. Summary reports to identify opportunities for Irish seafood exports have been prepared in relation to Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
