In 2022 Ireland exported approximately 26 tonnes of Pigmeat valued at €0.02 m.

In 2021 Ireland exported approximately 49 tonnes of Pigmeat valued at €0.04 m.

In 2020 Ireland exported approximately 281 tonnes of Pigmeat valued at €0.17 m.

In 2019 Ireland exported approximately 98 tonnes of Pigmeat valued at €0.05 m.

In 2018 Ireland exported approximately 75 tonnes of Pigmeat valued at €0.03 m.

 

PRODUCTS EXPORTED: Mainly frozen Pigmeat.

CERTIFICATION ARRANGEMENTS: We do not have a bilaterally agreed certificate for the export of Pigmeat to Haiti. That said, Haiti seems to be one of the countries that accept exports of Pigmeat from Ireland based on the general export health certificate.

The export health certificate covers edible Pigmeat products.

EXPORTER T&C’S: The meat must satisfy the conditions set out in the general export health certificate and must be exported from a DAFM approved premises.

In 2021 Ireland exported approximately 180 tonnes of Poultrymeat valued at €0.17 m

In 2020 Ireland exported approximately 25 tonnes of Poultrymeat valued at €0.03m

PRODUCTS EXPORTED: Mainly frozen poultry cuts and offal (other than liver).

CERTIFICATION ARRANGEMENTS: We do not have a bilaterally agreed certificate for the export of Poultrymeat to Haiti. That said, Haiti seems to be one of the countries that accept exports of Poultrymeat from Ireland based on the open poultrymeat health certificate.

The export health certificate covers edible Poultrymeat products.

PRODUCTS EXPORTED: ovine offal.

CERTIFICATION ARRANGEMENTS: Ireland does not have a bilaterally agreed certificate for the export of sheepmeat to Haiti. That said Haiti, based on trade stats reporting, seems to be one of the countries that accept exports of sheepmeat from Ireland based on the general export health certificate.

EXPORTER T&C’S: The meat must satisfy the conditions set out in the general export health certificate and must be handled in DAFM-approved premises from slaughter through to boning, packing, storage and consignment.
