CERTIFICATION ARRANGEMENTS: The certificate is for fresh chilled and frozen beef.
EXPORTER T&C’S:
- The meat must be derived from animals born and raised in Ireland.
- The meat must be derived from animals aged not more than 48 months at time of slaughter.
- The meat must come from one of the meat establishments specifically approved by the Indonesian authorities to export to Indonesia.
- As exports have not taken place for a number of years, establishments should check prior to exporting that their approval is still valid.
- Halal certification if required is an FBO responsibility and DAFM has no involvement in this area.
