There are two agreed veterinary health certificates.

  1. CERTIFICATION ARRANGEMENTS: The certificate is for raw fresh / frozen poultry meat (excluding offal and chicken heads).

EXPORTER T&Cs:

  • Exports can take place from DAFM-approved slaughter/cutting poultry meat plants and cold stores which are registered with the Namibian competent authority.
  • Origin – Poultry meat must be derived from poultry hatched and reared in either Ireland or Northern Ireland and slaughtered, cut, packed and stored in DAFM-approved establishments listed by the Namibian competent authority. 
  • Other specific conditions regarding the provision of test results apply.
