For 2020, CSO data indicate that Ireland exported 3,218 tonnes of dairy produce with a value of € 10.8 million to Libya

For 2019, CSO data indicate that Ireland exported 1,424 tonnes of dairy produce with a value of € 5 million to Libya

For 2018, CSO data indicate that Ireland exported 3,458 tonnes of dairy produce with a value of €14.1 million to Libya.

For 2017, CSO data indicate that Ireland exported 641 tonnes of dairy produce with a value of €1.6 million to Libya.

For 2016, CSO data indicate that Ireland exported 2,933 tonnes of dairy produce with a value of €6.7 million to Libya.

 

PRODUCT: In recent years the typical products exported to Libya were as follows;

CERTIFICATION ARRANGEMENTS: Trade in dairy products to Libya from Ireland is on the basis of the following certificate types;

  • Public and Animal Health and Veterinary statements from Milk Policy Division's (MPD's) Menu of Statements.
  • Applicants select from MPD's Menu of Statements to satify country requirements. However, custom and usage have set some precedents.
